ADP Honored with National Sales Network (LA Chapter) Sponsor of the Year Award
On December 8, 2007, the National Sales Network (NSN), LA Chapter recognized ADP for our outstanding partnership by honoring us with the 2007 NSN Sponsor of the Year Award. Over this past year, we have participated in every local meeting and event ranging from providing a key note speaker at the annual Jazz Brunch, (Soumaia Mawad, AVP, NAS), representation on a sales leadership panel at the Success Experience Series (Craig Hamilton, SE, TotalSource) and sponsoring a hole at an annual NSN golf tournament.
The NSN is a not-for-profit membership organization whose objective is to meet the professional and developmental needs of African-American sales and sales management professionals. ADP has been partnering with the NSN for several years in an effort to increase our business and talent pipeline.
The partnership in LA has been largely driven by our staffing organization and local SBS Lead Recruiter, Tamara Welch, along with the help of other local recruiters Colleen Rush and Kathy Gillen.
The team has put much time and effort into promoting the value of the partnership and has rallied support and attendance from local sales leadership from all BU's. They have secured speaking engagements and business networking opportunities for the local sales force, which has led to increased visibility of the ADP name and the products and services we offer.
