**In order to receive four free months with ADP Workforce Now®, company must complete and sign an ADP Sales Order and sign an ADP Master Services Agreement by June 30, 2024 (must be submitted by this date), start processing payroll by October 15, 2024 and continue processing for twenty four consecutive months with the originally implemented bundle of Services active, and at the same payroll frequency and discounting level. Eligible companies must have 50-999 employees, unless otherwise agreed in writing and use Direct Debit of Fees. Four months of free service applies to months 7, 8, 19 and 20 and will be applied to the invoice for clients in good standing after each of these months. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions and is only available to new ADP clients using ADP Workforce Now for Services provided in the Continental U.S. This promotion applies to all features of standard payroll processing Services invoiced on your regular processing cycle only and does not include additional non-payroll Services; excludes jurisdiction fees, pass through costs, courier and other delivery fees, including off cycle fees, hardware, or penalty and interest fees.
This offer shall not apply for ADP Sales Orders and ADP Master Services Agreements signed after June 30, 2024 and may not be combined with any other offers. If failure to begin processing by October 15, 2024 is due to client delay in implementation of the payroll processing services, then ADP reserves the right to terminate this promotion.
